ORDER PROCESS
An offer to sell is made when you place the order for your products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer. We take payment from your card at the time you process your order online. We will send to you an e-mail to acknowledge your order has been processed by PayPal, if you enter a correct email address.

Unless we have notified you that we do not or cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance will take place. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the above clause of these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to process your order with complete and correct name, address, Email and phone details.

Currently, orders can only be delivered from this Site to anywhere in the United States of America.

All orders for products are subject to availability. It is possible that an item you purchased on this site is not in stock. We sincerely apologise if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock and we will do our utmost to send you your order as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

1. All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by CoffeeShapeUSA.com.

2. CoffeeShapeUSA.com delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the specified time frame, subject to their availability. Where the products are not available you will be notified as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be presumed to be authorised to receive the products.

3.Coffee Shape USA uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries as follows:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery time excluding Sundays and holidays, depending on when the package is released by Coffee Shape USA. Customers will receive email notification that the package has been shipped and a tracking number will be available.
Coffee Shape USA uses USPS’s ‘Hold For Pickup Service’ so that a parcel is never left at an address if there is no one at the residence to accept it. The package will be taken to the local post office and a notice left at the address informing the customer of this. The package will then be held for 15 days, during which it may be collected by the customer at their convenience. If it is not collected by this time, the package will be deemed ‘unclaimed’ and returned to Coffee Shape USA. The customer is responsible for all re-mailing charges.

Dispatch times All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order and will be shipped using the USPS Priority Mail service, which states delivery of 2-3 days, excluding Sundays and holidays. All orders should arrive within 2-10 days after dispatch. The date of dispatch will vary depending on order receipt and stock availability. Please ensure your delivery address is correct.

Replacement items
Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts with USPS. We do not guarantee that a replaced item will be offered or dispatched. Each matter will be assessed on a case by case basis and conditions apply. We will not take responsibility if you do not receive your order, for the grounds of incorrect mailing address details on the order.

RETURNS
By purchasing the product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions for sale of CoffeeShapeUSA.com. No exchange or refund will be made upon an order being taken from you, which infers that you have purchased the Coffee Shape Green Coffee product with full knowledge and acceptance of health warning and that you are a suitable candidate to use the Coffee Shape Green Coffee on a daily basis as suggested in the directions for use. Terms and Conditions state that Coffee Shape Green Coffee is unsuitable for children under 16 years of age, people suffering from high blood pressure, cardiac problems, or diabetes, or those who are pregnant or nursing mothers, and other health challenges. No refund or replacement will be facilitated if you do not like the product or taste, or if you do not use the product in conjunction with all recommended advice on this Site, that being to use Coffee Shape as a tool with a healthy, energy-controlled diet combined with regular exercise and drinking 2 litres of water per day. Use only as directed. Always read the label.
